Marketing & ROI Calculators

Calculate CPL, CPA, ROAS and funnel conversion performance.

Short answer: these five free calculators turn your own campaign numbers into the metrics that decide budgets: cost per lead and per customer, return on ad spend with a break-even line, stage-by-stage funnel conversion, profit margin and everyday percentages. Each uses a published formula, shows the maths on its page and works in rupees; the marketing CPA calculator, for example, divides spend by customers won.

Who these calculators are for

They are built for founders, marketing managers and agency teams who need a quick, defensible number before changing a budget: a D2C brand checking whether a 3× ROAS is actually profitable, a real-estate developer comparing cost per site visit across channels, a clinic owner working out the fully loaded cost of a new patient enquiry including a fixed agency retainer, or a B2B team finding where its funnel leaks.

Which calculator to use when

Your questionUseCore formula
What does each lead and each customer cost me?CPL, CPA and ROAS calculatorSpend ÷ leads; spend ÷ customers
Is this campaign profitable after ad spend?ROAS and break-even calculatorRevenue ÷ spend; break-even = 1 ÷ margin
Which funnel stage is losing the most people?Lead funnel calculatorLater stage ÷ earlier stage × 100
What margin or markup am I making?Profit margin calculator(Revenue − cost) ÷ revenue; ÷ cost for markup
How much did a number grow, or what is X% of Y?Percentage calculator(New − old) ÷ old × 100

Use them together

The calculators feed each other. Start with the profit margin calculator to find your margin before ads. Enter that margin in the ROAS calculator to get your break-even ROAS. Use the funnel calculator to find your lead-to-customer rate, then multiply your break-even CPA by that rate to get the highest cost per lead you can afford. A brand with a ₹6,000 gross profit per customer and a 5% lead-to-customer rate, for example, breaks even at a CPL of ₹300 (₹6,000 × 0.05).

Getting trustworthy inputs

  • Use the same date range and the same lead cohort for spend, leads and sales.
  • Count leads from your CRM after removing duplicates, not only from ad-platform dashboards.
  • Use revenue before GST and after returns.
  • Write down what "qualified" and "customer" mean, and keep it fixed.

Frequently asked questions

Which marketing metric matters most: CPL, CPA or ROAS?

It depends on how far down the funnel your data goes. CPL is the earliest signal but ignores lead quality. CPA shows the cost of a real customer. ROAS, compared with your break-even ROAS, shows whether ads make money. Use the deepest metric you can measure reliably, and keep the others as early warnings.

Are these calculators free to use?

Yes. All five calculators are free, need no sign-up and run entirely in your browser, so the figures you enter are not sent to GrowthSparx. Results update as you type, and each page explains the formula so you can check the maths or repeat it in a spreadsheet.

Do these calculators include GST?

They use whatever numbers you enter. For decisions, enter revenue and costs before GST, because the tax you collect is not income. If your ad platform reports revenue including 18% GST, divide it by 1.18 first. The percentage calculator page shows how to remove GST from an inclusive price.
