Direct answer: We run SaaS marketing for B2B software and technology companies: high-intent Google search, LinkedIn account targeting, comparison and integration content that search and AI engines can cite, and demo or trial pages that convert. Every channel is scored on sales-qualified opportunities and revenue fed back from your CRM, not on form fills, sign-ups or clicks.

Who this is for, and when it is not

This programme fits SaaS and technology companies with a defined product, at least a few paying customers and a sales or onboarding motion that can handle more conversations. Typical fits: Indian B2B SaaS selling to SMBs or mid-market, IT services firms productising an offer, and product-led tools that need trial sign-ups to turn into paid accounts.

It is the wrong fit if you are still searching for product-market fit with no repeatable buyer, or if nobody owns follow-up within a working day of a demo request. In that case start with our startup growth programme, which is built around learning cheaply before scaling spend.

Where SaaS growth leaks

Four problems we usually find in the first audit

Optimising for the wrong event

Google and Meta are told a trial sign-up or a "Book demo" click is the conversion, so bidding chases students, competitors and job seekers who never become pipeline.

Commodity content

Generic "what is CRM" articles rank nowhere and give AI engines no reason to cite you. Buyers want comparisons, integrations, pricing logic and implementation detail.

Demo friction

Long forms, no calendar booking, no proof near the CTA and a 48-hour reply time quietly kill intent that paid ads already bought.

Broken attribution

The CRM does not store the click ID or UTM source, so nobody can say which keyword or LinkedIn campaign produced last quarter's closed-won deals.

Funnel design

Demo-led, trial-led or hybrid: what we optimise for

MotionPrimary conversion we bid onWhat we build
Demo-led (ACV high, sales-assisted)Sales-accepted demo, then opportunity createdShort qualifying form, instant calendar booking, routing by company size or region, pre-demo email and WhatsApp reminders
Free trial or freemiumActivated trial (a defined product action), then paid conversionSign-up flow with work-email checks, onboarding nudges, product event passed back to ad platforms
Hybrid / product-qualifiedProduct-qualified lead (PQL) accepted by salesUsage scoring in CRM, sales alerts, upgrade and expansion campaigns

The rule is simple: the event we send to ad platforms must be one your sales team would pay for. If the volume of that event is too thin for bidding, we use a weighted ladder (for example demo booked, then demo held, then opportunity) and value each step instead of falling back to raw sign-ups.

Deliverables

What you actually get

01

Positioning and ICP sheet

Buyer roles, company size, triggers, competitors buyers compare you with, disqualifiers and the questions sales hears most.

02

Google Ads build

Category, problem, competitor and "alternative to" campaigns, with negative lists that keep out job, free-download and tutorial traffic.

03

LinkedIn programme

Company and job-title targeting, matched audiences from your account list, document or lead-gen form ads, and retargeting of engaged viewers.

04

Demo and trial pages

Use-case, integration and comparison landing pages with proof beside the CTA, short forms and instant booking.

05

SEO and AI-search content

Comparison, integration, pricing-explainer and how-to pages written from product knowledge, structured to be quoted by Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.

06

Pipeline dashboard

Spend, demos, SQLs, opportunities and closed-won by channel and campaign, reviewed weekly with a written monthly report.

Offline conversions: the part most SaaS accounts skip

Ad platforms only learn from what you send them. We capture the Google click ID (GCLID), UTMs and the LinkedIn click identifier on every form, store them in your CRM, and send qualified stages back as conversions. Google now recommends enhanced conversions for leads, which adds hashed first-party data such as work email to the click ID; from 15 June 2026 these uploads run through Google's Data Manager API rather than the older Google Ads API route, so older integrations need checking. On LinkedIn we use the Conversions API to send CRM events server-to-server, so campaigns can optimise toward SQLs instead of form opens.

All of this runs on consented data. Forms carry a clear purpose notice, which is also what India's DPDP Rules, 2025 (notified 14 November 2025, with an 18-month phased compliance window) expect from every data fiduciary. Our guides on offline conversion tracking and CRM revenue attribution walk through the setup in detail.

Budget moves to campaigns producing opportunities; content and AEO work compounds; month-to-month from here.

Pricing and engagement

Marketing management starts at about ₹25,000–40,000 a month, excluding ad spend, depending on the number of channels and the content load. We recommend at least ₹30,000 a month in media to get readable data; LinkedIn usually needs more than search because its clicks cost more, so many SaaS clients start with Google search and add LinkedIn once tracking is proven. Engagements run month-to-month after an initial 3-month ramp-up. The B2B lead generation cost guide explains what drives spend per qualified lead.

Proof, stated honestly

We have no published SaaS client result yet, and we will not invent one. The transferable evidence is B2B: for Ormco we ran separate professional (orthodontist) and end-user journeys across APAC, the same split SaaS needs between admin buyers and end users. For The Detailing Mafia we ran pan-India franchise lead generation where qualification and routing, not form volume, decided success. Ask us on the audit call to walk you through either engagement.

How we measure success

  • Cost per sales-accepted demo and per opportunity, by channel and campaign
  • Trial-to-activation and trial-to-paid rates for product-led motions
  • Pipeline value and closed-won revenue sourced or influenced by paid, organic and AI-search traffic
  • Speed to first response on demo requests
  • Share of target accounts reached and engaged on LinkedIn

FAQ

SaaS marketing questions we hear most

How much does SaaS digital marketing cost in India?

With GrowthSparx, management starts at about ₹25,000–40,000 a month excluding ad spend, plus a recommended minimum of about ₹30,000 a month in media. LinkedIn clicks cost more than search, so total budget depends on channel mix, deal size and how many qualified demos you need. We quote after a free 30-minute audit call.

Should a B2B SaaS company start with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads?

Usually Google search first, because it captures buyers already looking for your category, a competitor alternative or a problem you solve. LinkedIn is better for reaching named accounts and job titles before they search. We add LinkedIn once tracking proves which demos turn into opportunities, so its higher click cost is judged on pipeline.

How do you measure SaaS PPC with GA4, GTM and CRM offline conversions?

GTM captures the click ID and UTMs into hidden form fields, GA4 records the submission, and the CRM stores the source against the lead. When sales marks a demo as qualified or an opportunity is created, that stage is sent back to Google Ads through enhanced conversions for leads and to LinkedIn through its Conversions API.

Should we optimise ads for free-trial sign-ups?

Only as a starting signal. Raw sign-ups attract low-intent users, so we define an activation event, such as connecting an integration or inviting a teammate, and send that back as the main conversion. Paid conversion is added as a value signal once there is enough volume for the platforms to learn from.

How long before SaaS marketing produces pipeline?

Paid search usually produces demo requests within two to four weeks of launch. Judging cost per opportunity takes longer because SaaS sales cycles run from weeks to months. SEO and AI-search content typically show meaningful movement by month three. We ask for an initial three-month ramp-up, then work month-to-month.

Can you help our SaaS product appear in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?

We can improve the odds, not guarantee citations. AI engines quote pages that answer specific questions with first-hand detail: comparisons, integrations, pricing logic and implementation steps. We build those pages, fix crawlability and keep your company information consistent across the web, then track which prompts mention you.

Do you have SaaS case studies?

Not published ones, and we will not invent them. Our closest proof is B2B: separate professional and end-user lead journeys for Ormco across APAC, and pan-India franchise lead generation for The Detailing Mafia, where qualification and routing mattered more than lead volume. Both case studies are on our work page.
