Direct answer: GrowthSparx runs education lead generation and admission marketing for coaching institutes, schools, colleges, universities, study-abroad consultants and ed-tech platforms. We plan campaigns backward from your admission deadline, run Google, Meta and YouTube with programme-specific landing pages, and connect every enquiry to counsellor routing and WhatsApp follow-up, measured to applications and enrolments. Our Career Clinic programme delivered an average ₹50 CPL and an 8% conversion rate.

Who it is for

Institutions with an admission deadline to hit

01

Coaching institutes

JEE, NEET, CA, UPSC and other test-prep batches with fixed start dates and fierce local competition.

02

Schools, colleges and universities

UG, PG, MBA and school admissions where parents co-decide and campus visits matter.

03

Study abroad and ed-tech

Counselling-led or online enrolment journeys with longer research phases and international intakes.

We are not the right fit if you want "100% selection" claims, if nobody can call enquiries back the same day, or if you plan to buy student data lists.

Admission journey

Plan backward from the deadline

Education is a high-consideration purchase made by two people: the student and a parent. Both research for weeks, compare fees and results, and want to talk to a counsellor before paying. Demand also comes in waves around board results, entrance exams and counselling rounds, so we build each campaign around your calendar:

PhaseTimingWhat we run
AwarenessAbout 90 to 60 days before the deadlineYouTube and Meta video, programme pages, webinars and faculty content
EnquiryAbout 60 to 30 days beforeSearch on course and city terms, Meta lead forms with qualifying questions, landing pages per programme
CounsellingFinal six weeksCounsellor routing, WhatsApp follow-up, demo class or campus visit booking
CloseFinal two to three weeksRetargeting and deadline reminders to opted-in applicants

Our admission lead generation playbook details the 90-day plan for colleges, schools, coaching and study abroad.

Channel mix

What each channel does for admissions

01

Google Search

Captures students and parents searching for a course, exam or institute in their city. Measured to applications, not clicks.

02

Meta lead ads

Fast enquiry volume from Facebook and Instagram, with qualifying questions on programme, intake and city to filter casual browsers.

03

YouTube and content

Faculty, campus and results-process content that answers parents' questions before the counsellor call.

04

Programme landing pages

One page per course with fees, eligibility, recognition and intake dates, so ads and SEO send people to the right place.

05

WhatsApp and counsellor CRM

Instant acknowledgement, routing by programme and language, and follow-up sequences. WhatsApp for admissions

06

Tracking to enrolment

Lead source carried into the CRM so applications and enrolments are attributed to campaigns. Meta leads to CRM

Compliance

CCPA, platform and data rules we apply

  • CCPA coaching guidelines, 2024. Issued on 13 November 2024, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector require institutes to disclose relevant information about their courses and students (All India Radio News). As Business Standard reported, they bar false claims about selection rates, rankings, job guarantees, faculty, fees and refunds; require written consent, obtained after selection, to use a successful candidate's name, photo or testimonial; and require prominent disclaimers. The CCPA had already issued 54 notices and about ₹54.6 lakh in penalties.
  • Minors and personalised ads. Google's personalised advertising policy makes users under 18 ineligible for personalised ads, so school and junior-coaching campaigns target parents.
  • Children's data. The DPDP Rules' provisions on notice, consent and children's consent apply from 13 May 2027 (Hogan Lovells Cadwalader). Our forms collect parent details for minors and only the fields counselling needs.
  • WhatsApp opt-in. The WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy requires opt-in before messaging and honouring opt-outs, so deadline reminders go only to people who agreed to receive them.

Career Clinic

₹50 average CPL and 8% conversion

Career Clinic serves two different journeys: study-abroad admissions and medical-admission counselling. We separated the funnels with their own messages, creative and destinations, added lead-capture questions on intake timing and seriousness so counsellors could prioritise, and moved budget toward audiences and creative associated with deeper conversion rather than form volume.

FAQ

Education lead generation questions

How much does education lead generation cost in India?

GrowthSparx management starts at about ₹25,000–40,000 per month, excluding ad spend, with a recommended minimum of about ₹30,000 per month in media. Cost per lead depends on the course, fee level, city and season. For Career Clinic we delivered an average ₹50 CPL with an 8% conversion rate, but we set targets for each programme after early data.

When should we start admission campaigns?

Plan backward from the application or fee deadline. Awareness and content should start about 90 days before, lead campaigns about 60 days before, and counselling and campus-visit pushes in the final six weeks. Board results, entrance exam dates and counselling rounds shift demand, so we map your calendar before the first rupee is spent.

Can coaching institutes advertise toppers' photos or 100% selection?

Not freely. The CCPA's 2024 coaching advertising guidelines prohibit false claims about selection rates, rankings and job guarantees, such as 100 per cent selection. Using a successful candidate's name, photo or testimonial needs their written consent, obtained after selection. Disclaimers must be prominent. We apply the same standard to school, college and ed-tech ads.

Are Meta lead forms or landing pages better for admissions?

Meta lead forms produce more enquiries at lower cost but more casual ones. Landing pages produce fewer, better-informed leads. We usually run both, add qualifying questions such as programme, intake and city, and compare them on counselling-ready leads and applications rather than on form volume.

How fast should counsellors call back an admission enquiry?

Within minutes, and certainly the same day. Students and parents enquire with several institutions at once and usually speak to whoever responds first. We send an instant WhatsApp acknowledgement with the brochure, route the lead to the right counsellor by programme and language, and escalate any lead left untouched.

Do you work with study-abroad consultants and admission counsellors?

Yes. Career Clinic serves both study-abroad and medical-admission counselling. We separated the two funnels with their own messages, creative and pages, added intake-timing and seriousness questions, and moved budget toward audiences that converted. The programme delivered an average ₹50 CPL and an 8% conversion rate.

Can schools target parents with ads?

Yes, and they should. Under Google's personalised advertising policy, users under 18 are not eligible for personalised ads, so school and junior-coaching campaigns target parents by location, interests and life stage. Forms ask for the parent's details and consent, and messaging speaks to parental concerns such as safety, outcomes, fees and transport.
